- Fix a position on a wall, blink at it 20 times. Close your lids and move the head as far right as possible then to the center and again blink 20 times. Now turn your head as far left as possible and repeat the procedure 10 times.
- Close your eyelids and picture a small circle. Concentrate on that circle and follow its circumference clockwise 10 times, then counter-clockwise 10 times while moving your head slowly. Repeat the process until strain is relieved.
- Roll your head clockwise 5 times then counter-clockwise 5 times. Repeat until your neck muscles feel free.
- Close your eyelids, sit or lie down and place cold tea bags over the eyes for as long as possible.
- Close your eyelids, cross your palms and gently hold your palms over the eyes for 5 minutes. The warmth and energy from the palms refresh your eyes.
