  • Worry and fear bring about mental depression, regulate your thoughts, center attention away from yourself. To avoid that, get interested in others, get active, reverse all negative thoughts and substitute affirmative thoughts.
  • There is no incurable disease to Infinite Intelligence. All healing emanates from the hand of the Lord through our mind.
  • To have a peace of mind, take a 5-minute vacations - relax and picture a tranquil setting. This will give yourself time to recharge run down energy cells.
  • Try to think of the "opposite". Think of what you want and not what your present situation is.
  • To get angry from time to time is normal, however, do not allow anger to get the upper hand. You should practice forgiveness.
  • You body can't produce ulcers while you are laughing. Learn to laugh and often as possible.
  • Your mental outlook can make you healthy or ill. "Right" attitudes are important to good health. Remember that healthy thoughts produce a healthy mind and body.
  • You have to avoid marital and family squabbles. You should practice love, joy, peace and goodwill.
  • Happiness is essential to health. Happy people are healthy people.
  • Problems are always there, it's what you do about them that counts. Learn to rationalize problems and I can assure that you'll stay out of hospitable beds.
